Why is the item that has been delivered slightly different to the image on the web site?

As every item is bespoke and handmade, there can be small variations in each piece. This is a good thing, as it is part of the inherent character of handmade pieces.

The way we make stickers means that every sticker is typically accurate and repeatable.

Leathercraft items will vary as each item is bespoke and the leather we use is 100% natural which develops a patina. No two leathercraft items will be identical.

Our Stationery collection will vary in colour and design as unique papers and cards are used to craft each item. The dimensions of each stationery item will be approximately the same as we use templates to create our handmade stationery unless it is a custom order.

Actual colours may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently. We try to edit our photos to show the samples as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual colour may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product.

It may mean the item that has been delivered to you is slightly different to the image on the website.

Stickers

What is a Die-cut sticker?

Die-cut refers to a sticker that has been cut to a unique custom shape to fit a logo or piece of artwork. We use a CNC die-cutting machine that connects to a CAD program to enable us to create a sticker and cut it exactly as required. This provides accurate and repeatable results.

What is a Print-Cut sticker?

Print-Cut stickers are made using self-adhesive paper. This is not waterproof so these stickers are not ideal for long term outdoor use. We can make Print-Cut stickers on Matte or Glossy sticky paper. The design is first printed onto sticky paper then cut out on a CNC die-cutter.
Print-Cut stickers are perfect for labels, postage stickers and product labels.

What is a Vinyl-Cut sticker?

Vinyl is a material used to make stickers. Vinyl stickers: also known as decals, are extremely hardwearing and waterproof for use both indoors and outdoors. A Vinyl-cut sticker is cut from a single piece of self-adhesive Vinyl. This means that Vinyl-cut stickers are usually limited to one or two colours and there are limitations to the amount of detail that can be cut out successfully. The design is cut out on a CNC die-cutter.
Vinyl-Cut stickers are perfect for car decals, window stickers and plain logo designs.

What is a Vinyl Print-Cut sticker?

Vinyl Print-Cut stickers are made using white or transparent self-adhesive waterproof Vinyl where an image or artwork is first printed onto it and then cut out on a CNC die-cutter. This means that the design is almost limitless with regards to colour and design. Please note: we can’t print ‘white.’
Vinyl Print-Cut stickers are perfect for more intricate designs, logos, and artwork.

How do I apply a Vinyl Sticker?

Please see our Sticker Application Guide for detailed instructions on how to apply a Vinyl sticker. Should you have any issues, please feel free to contact us.

Caring for your Leather

Your leather product is personal to you. It will pick up marks from your day to day life and it will develop a character that reflects your lifestyle. Depending on how you want your patina to development, you might want to consider purchasing a natural leather care product in order to treat the leather. You can treat your leather once in a while to polish out some of the marks it has picked up and condition the leather to extend its life.

If you do decide to treat the leather, we recommend trying it on a small unseen area first and leave for 24 hours to ensure there are no unwanted reactions.

Please note, leaving your leather product in direct sunlight for prolonged periods will change the leather. The leather may dry out and develop cracks.

Should your leather product get anything spilt on it, we recommend cleaning it gently with a damp cloth and leaving it to dry at room temperature.

Most of all, we want you to enjoy your leather product. If you look after it, it should last you a lifetime.

If you have any questions regarding caring for your leather product, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help!
